Terms and Conditions for Galim AI Services

Introduction and Service Description:
Welcome to Galim AI. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Galim AI specializes in providing off-market property leads within the UK. We work with clients to identify target companies that meet specific criteria, such as property type or financial situation.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide a headed letter and specify the target area for the campaign. They must also understand that some companies may own properties in multiple areas. A branded email address must be provided for the campaign, and Galim AI will have access to monitor responses. We will set up a phone number and an answering service for the first two months. After that period, the client can continue the service for an additional fee.

Response Rates and Additional Campaigns:
Response rates can vary based on the property type and location. For instance, properties in London may have a different response rate than those outside of London. If additional letters are needed to meet the lead target, the client will cover the cost of stamps and the phone line for any subsequent campaigns.

Lead Reporting:
In some cases, individuals may contact the client directly after receiving a letter. The client is responsible for informing Galim AI of any direct contacts so that we can maintain accurate lead reports.

Payment Terms:
Clients will pay 50% of the service fee upfront before the campaign begins. The remaining 50% will be due once 70% of the target leads have been delivered. For example, if the target is 100 leads, the second payment is due after 70 leads have been delivered.

Liability Disclaimer:
While Galim AI strives to provide accurate and effective leads, we are not liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of using these leads. The client agrees to use the information at their own risk.
